More Reasons To Love Dave Grohl!
Not like you needed them. First, Dave Grohl’s views on Glee:
“It’s every band’s right, you shouldn’t have to do fucking Glee. And then the guy who created Glee is so offended that we’re not, like, begging to be on his fucking show… fuck that guy for thinking anybody and everybody should want to do.”
Testify, Dave Grohl! He is absolutely right. I do not watch Glee, I never have, so maybe I don’t know if it’s any good. But in my defense, I have also never seen American Idol or Dancing With the Stars and I’m pretty sure they’re big, steaming mugs of liquid shit. Call me psychic.
But back to Dave Grohl. Now this hotass has turned his attentions to loathsome cretin Fred Phelps, pastor of the gay hating, soldier funeral protesting Westboro Baptist Church. Phelps totally started it by going on a Twitter rant about Grohl, which is pretty gay in itself, if you think about it. Apparently The Foo Fighters have a song called “Keep It Clean (Hot Buns)”, an ode to hot man on man love. Here’s what Fred had to say:
“[The Foo Fighters] have a platform and should be using it to encourage obedience to God; instead they teach every person who will listen all things contrary to him: fornication, adultery, idolatry, fags.”
And finally, here’s what I had to say to Fred’s Twitter rant:
“They left out drugs! They left out drugs! WTF???”
If you ask me, these guys are getting sloppy, but whatever. Fred then asked his
fellow knuckle dragging, bleach drinking dipshits followers to protest The Foo Fighters September 16th show in Kansas City. Rookie mistake, loser! You have no idea who you are fucking with. Dave and the boys decided to give the protestors a little pre-concert preview. Genius!
But the scariest thing about this? The batshit crazy protestors look so NORMAL. Just hanging out, chatting on their cells, carrying these horrific signs with slogans of hate. It is the most disturbing thing I have seen in a long time. Maybe ever.
